Former Reservoir

This initiative follows the sale of the site by Yorkshire Water, situated adjacent to a quarry and an operational reservoir. Currently, the only visible remnants of the former reservoir are its barrelled roofs and a brick entrance building.

The new dwelling's roof mirroring the distinctive barrelled roofs of its predecessor. The layout encompassing three bedrooms on the ground level, accompanied by amenities such as a cinema, games room, study, sauna, kitchen, lounges, and an outdoor courtyard.
